• We strongly request that you bring along a close family member or friend to be here with you as you undergo your consultation with the surgeon.

• Please bring a pharmacy record of your current medications. (Do not bring your pill bottles)

• Parking is available beneath our office building and it costs $2.00 / hour ( CASH ONLY ). Enter into the parkade from Pembroke Street (North side of the our 4 story concrete + red brick building ). Our office is wheelchair accessible.

• Most patient’s consultations will take between 45 to 60 minutes.

PLEASE BE AWARE - Due to the urgent nature of what we do some office appointments will be changed at very short notice if the surgeon is called to attend an emergency situation. We will do everything we can to rebook your visit with us A.S.A.P. (and sometimes that may be with another surgeon if they are available to see you that very same day instead.)
